Search Vep Cache

Search the VEP annotation cache by variant coordinates or gene symbol.

Two modes:

  • Variant lookup: provide chromosome + position (optionally ref + alt)
  • Gene search: provide gene symbol

All queries use parameterized SQL (B1). Read-only, no locks.
