One LLM synthesis DRAFT for a tension edge — returned only, never stored.

Lazy by design (CEO 2026-06-11 Q1-b): the list endpoint stays LLM-free and the user pays one call only for the contradiction they actually care about. Accepting a draft = the client saves it via the existing POST /v1/memories.
