Net cost of this job; 0 when fully refunded; absent until charged. Absent from webhook payloads. A chat completion that the caller disconnected or stopped reading (CANCELLED), or that reached its deadline (DEADLINE_EXCEEDED), is FAILED and costs the tokens the model reported; one that the model failed (UNAVAILABLE) costs 0.
