Multipart upload, PDF only, 15 MB max per file. Uploaded applications are auto-extracted into the submission brief. To answer an ask from GET .../asks with a document, send its key as ask_key: a loss run uploaded on specialty_loss_runs:{line} is stored as that line's loss run and satisfies the ask.
