Get Company By Identifiers

This is a workaround to provide flexibility for values accepted in the website_domain parameter. See: PDE-6831 for context. The website domain validator considers only urls like "www.harmonic.ai", "harmonic.ai" as valid domains (as it should). However, we want to permit urls like "https://www.harmonic.ai" and "https://harmonic.ai" in this field. To do so, we allow WebsiteCompanyCanonical as a valid type for website_domain and then extract the domain here before using it for enrichment.
