Get a signed upload URL

Returns a signed URL that accepts a PUT request with your media file, uploading it directly to HappyScribe's S3 storage. Once uploaded, use this same URL as the media url on POST /transcribe or POST /subtitle.

A signed URL ready to receive a PUT upload.
