Get trade report summary

Retrieves the LLM-condensed trade report summary for a blueprint estimate version.

This is an opt-in feature — summaries are only generated for clients with the trade report summary feature enabled. Requires the trade_reports:read scope.

Flexible ID Lookup: estimateJobId accepts either the UUID job ID or your internal externalId.

Versioning: Without ?version, returns the current/latest version's summary; with ?version=N, a specific version.

Returns 404 if the estimate has no summary (feature disabled, not a blueprint job, or not yet generated).
