Get Provenance

Compliance provenance for a ticker: which filing carried which verdict figure, and how that figure moved.

For each financial filing (10-K/10-Q/20-F/40-F) matched to its reporting period, returns the verdict-driving figures, the self-contained ratios (debt/assets, cash/assets, interest/revenue), the change versus the prior period, and any methodology cap the change crossed. Market-cap-basis ratios are intentionally excluded (a past period cannot be judged against today's market cap); the on-verdict debt/MC covers that separately.
