Retrieve the Islamic finance glossary, optionally filtered by search query.
Returns a list of key Islamic finance terms (e.g. Riba, Gharar, Murabaha, Sukuk) with their Arabic script, definitions, categories, and scholarly references. Use the optional query parameter to search for specific terms.
