containers
`POST /v1/containers/{container_id}/files` — upload a file into a container's `/mnt/data`. Accepts either:
- multipart/form-data with a file part (required) and optional path / content_type parts — streams bytes directly.
- application/json with {file_id: "file_..."} — copies an existing Files-API upload into the container (same resolver as the file_ids array on POST /v1/containers).
Matches OpenAI's upload contract.
