Lists predefined skills

Returns the list of predefined skills available for use. Includes information about which skills are already added, plus install_count, star_count, and is_starred_by_me.

Skill version. Only set on predefined entries.

updated_atstring

Last update timestamp. Only set on predefined entries.

officialboolean

True for officially maintained skills. Only set on predefined entries.

install_countinteger

Distinct users who currently have this skill installed.

star_countinteger

Number of users who have starred this skill.

is_starred_by_meboolean

Whether the calling user has starred this skill.

last_edited_by_emailstring nullable

Email of the last publisher to edit this entry. Served only to callers who can manage the library, on admin-published entries.
