Get a incorporation

The draft's answers, the members with their verification state, and — once filed — the company, its incorporation timeline and what the founder still has to do. status becomes ACTIVE on GVRN's records alone: an EIN for a US entity, a registration for an offshore one. Nothing the partner sends changes it, so this is the endpoint to poll.
