Calendar Sync (iCal import)

Resume imported calendar sync

  You can manually pause or resume the import process with the following requests. 
  Once the imported calendar is resumed, the import sync process will be triggered.
post/icalendar-api/imported-calendars/{importedCalendarId}/resume
