Approve, replace or reject a recipient photo

For gifts that print a recipient portrait, before fulfillment locks. Send the gift's current portrait.version. approve (a staff-sourced photo) and replace with a URL import need the customer's explicit permission (rightsConfirmed:true); never infer it. API keys may call this; OAuth connections cannot.
