Get conversion tracking health

Is the conversion loop working? Per source and overall: the match rate, uploads accepted versus partially failed, adjustments (adjustments.total, applied, failed), the age of the last event, and a plain-language trust line.

issues[] carries codes you can act on: NO_SOURCE_CONNECTED, LOW_MATCH_RATE, CLICK_ID_LOOP_BROKEN, ADJUSTMENTS_FAILING, CONSENT_MISSING_EEA, ACTION_NOT_PRIMARY, DEV_TOKEN_NOT_ENABLED. Also accepted with the reports:read scope.

X-Space-Idstring

The Space to work in, for example spc_8f3aK2. Omit it to use your personal Space. List your Spaces returns the ids. A Space that does not exist returns 404 SPACE_NOT_FOUND; one you are not a member of returns 403 NOT_A_MEMBER.
