Delete a campaign
A campaign that has never been pushed to a platform is deleted immediately. A campaign that is linked to a platform is marked for removal instead and disappears from the platform on the next sync, so the remote campaign is never orphaned.
Response: { id, deleted, deferred, platforms }. deleted: true means it is gone now; deferred: true means the removal happens on the next sync, and platforms lists where.

- 404 NOT_FOUND: no campaign with this id in the active Space.

The Space to work in, for example spc_8f3aK2. Omit it to use your personal Space. List your Spaces returns the ids. A Space that does not exist returns 404 SPACE_NOT_FOUND; one you are not a member of returns 403 NOT_A_MEMBER.
