Retry server-tipping Smart Account deployment

Retry eager on-chain deployment of the caller's server tipping Smart Account.

Idempotent: if the server SA is already deployed, returns 200 with an informational message. Submits a paymaster-sponsored no-op UserOperation via the wallet provider on first deploy.

Errors:

  • 400: Wallet exists but has no owner_address (not an EVM Smart Account)
  • 401: Missing/invalid bearer token
  • 404: Server tipping wallet not found for account
  • 502: Provider rejected the deploy
