Generate a Coinbase offramp URL for bank cashout

Generate a Coinbase hosted offramp URL to sell crypto and withdraw to a bank account.

How it works:

  1. Creates a session token bound to user's Smart Account earnings wallet
  2. Returns URL with session token embedded
  3. User completes sale in Coinbase UI
  4. Fiat is sent to user's linked bank account

Response: Returns offramp_url to redirect the user.
