Scan for direct deposits to CDP wallets (admin/cron)

Scan CDP wallets for direct deposits that bypassed /fund endpoint.

This endpoint:

  1. Fetches transaction history for each account's CDP wallet
  2. Identifies inbound transfers that don't have a matching fund_event
  3. Creates fund_events with deposit_source='direct' for new deposits
  4. Syncs account balances after processing

Should be run periodically (e.g., every 5-15 minutes) via cron.
