start_timestring date-time required

Inclusive start of a half-open window (ISO 8601, UTC). A past fixed-EST day returns historical outages, real-time outages whose out-of-service interval covers that day, and planned outages that have actually started and whose actual interval covers that day. Today returns planned and real-time outages. A planned outage today overlaps on its actual interval when it has started, and on its planned window otherwise. A future day returns planned outages on their planned window.

end_timestring date-time required

Exclusive end of a half-open window (ISO 8601, UTC).

start_datestring date-time nullable

Optional inclusive lower bound on the outage's displayed start (ISO 8601, UTC).

limitinteger

Maximum number of outage requests or real-time rows to return.
