Issues

Delete an issue

Deletes an issue with its comments, history, assignees and sightings. People only. It can't be undone, and the issue's number isn't reused. An issue that others are closed as duplicates of can't be deleted until they're reopened or closed another way; the refusal names the ones the caller can see. Links to it from other issues read as hidden.
