Delete webhook - **Greenhouse partners exclusive**

Delete a partner-owned webhook subscription. The webhook stops firing immediately. Internally this is a soft delete — the row is marked inactive and disabled so it no longer appears in GET /v3/webhooks and cannot be updated, but historical delivery logs are preserved.
