Activate a user

Reactivate a previously deactivated user so they can sign in to Greenhouse and be assigned to new jobs again. The user keeps their prior job permissions, interviewer tags, and office/department assignments. Safe to call on a user that is already active — the response is 204 No Content either way. Use this paired with POST /v3/users/{id}/deactivate for HRIS-driven lifecycle sync.
