Delete note

Permanently delete a candidate note. The note is removed from the candidate's activity feed and the deletion cannot be reversed. Deleted notes are not returned by GET /v3/notes and leave no record to sync. NOTE, EMAIL, FEEDBACK, TOUCHPOINT, LINKEDIN_NOTE, and LINKEDIN_INMAIL notes can be deleted; other types, including ACTIVITY and INTERVIEW, return a 422. The requesting user must be a Site Admin or the note's author, and must be able to view the note.
