Delete candidate education

Remove a single education entry from a candidate's profile. Because V3 has no update endpoint for educations, corrections are made by deleting the stale entry and creating a new one. Deleting the candidate's latest: true entry causes Greenhouse to recompute latest on the remaining entries.
