Get Contact Visitor Events

Every page ONE identified contact viewed on the website, newest first.

GET /visitors/contacts/events is the org-wide feed; this is one person's history and carries the per-record access check. A contact outside the key's scope is a 404, so this cannot be used to probe which ids exist.
