List All Tasks

List all tasks org-wide with optional filters.

The backend list is unpaginated; limit/offset bound the response here (same approach as the MCP g8_get_tasks tool) so an org with many tasks can't return an unbounded payload. Ordering is deterministic (due_date asc nulls-last, then created_at desc), so paging is stable.
