List Sms Phone Numbers

The org's SMS numbers, each with its AI-inbox settings merged on.

enabled_only=true narrows to the numbers whose conversations reach the inbox. A number with no stored settings still appears, carrying the defaults, so absence from this list means the number is not the org's - not that it is unconfigured.
