Sequence↔LinkedIn-sender bindings for one org, plus the unbound list.

unbound_live_sequences is the high-signal field: a live sequence with a LinkedIn step but no active binding is configured but can NEVER send — the measured platform-wide root cause of 'connected but not sending'.
