Opensearch Resolve

Bulk HEM -> CONTACT_ID or IP -> COMPANY_ID resolution.

Backed by the existing MashupService which already batches the OpenSearch request in chunks of 10k. Returns a dense {input: matched_id | null} mapping so the caller can iterate the inputs without re-querying for misses.
