Bulk Archive Object Records

Archive each listed record, each in its own savepoint, in one commit.

Same rules and audit entry as DELETE /objects/{slug}/records/{id}. Nothing is destroyed: archived records stay readable by id and POST .../records/bulk-restore undoes exactly the succeeded ids. Needs objects:delete and the credential's own delete grant on the object. A record id from another organisation or another object is reported under failed, never archived.
