Archive Persona

Archive a sender persona. It stops being usable for new purchases.

ARCHIVES rather than erases: mailboxes already bought under this identity keep working, and the persona stays readable so their provenance is not lost. 409 if an active buying plan still depends on it - cancel or finish the plan first.

Org admins and owners only, and a personal API key: a persona carries a real person's identity details.

Open on purpose. These payloads are provider state and advisory reads whose contents grow with the product, and a dropped field reads as "nothing to report" rather than "we did not tell you". Every value passes through scrub_vendor_names on the way in.
