Approve Linkedin Message

Approve a pending LinkedIn message or invite, optionally with edited text. IT IS THEN SENT.

Only the seat's owner or an org admin may approve; anyone else gets 403, and an unknown or already decided approval is 404 or 409. A key reaches an approval only inside its own organisation.
