Get Lifecycle Column Fill Rates

Share of a stage's records that have a value in each optional column (cached for an hour).

Read-only and aggregate: percentages per column over the organisation's records, never a record or an identity, like GET /lifecycle-stages/counts. Computed in the key's own organisation under a statement timeout.
