Create Landing Page

Create a landing page. SPENDS CREDIT unless generate is false.

generate defaults TRUE, matching Studio, and that default is the whole cost of this call: it runs the full copy-and-layout pass. Send generate: false for an empty page you will fill with /clone-url, /import-html or the deterministic edit routes.

created_by is the API key's own principal. An organisation key records the key's identity rather than a person's, which is the honest answer - there is no human behind it.
