Queries ClickHouse intent.crawl_pages directly via a domain_root = X OR domain_root LIKE '%.X' filter. Orders by commercial_score DESC. Primary consumer: compete-tracking keyword setup - avoids polluting a keyword row with news articles that only mention the competitor.
