Meetings Booked

Count + recent list of booked meetings (not cancelled, not deleted, not private-sensitivity).

Org-scoped to the authenticated key's organization. Returns metadata only (title / time / status / attendee count) — never transcript content. Finer per-user / meetings:see_all scoping is tracked as a follow-up. Registered before /{meeting_id} so 'booked' isn't captured as an id.
