List Recent Merges

Recent merges with undo eligibility. Proxies GET /v1/duplicates/recent-merges (duplicates/interfaces/router.py:899). Make undo discoverable: each row's can_undo flag tells you whether POST /duplicates/undo-merge/{id} below will accept it.
