Get Dialer Performance

Combined SDR dashboard data.

Returns metrics for the given date range (defaults to today), yesterday (for trends), daily breakdown, disposition distribution, personal bests, and current streak.

Pass sdr_email to view another SDR's performance (e.g. as a manager). Pass start_date/end_date for a custom date range; personal bests and the streak are then measured within that range too.

Query parameters

sdr_emailstring nullable

SDR email to view. Defaults to current user.

start_datestring nullable

Start date (YYYY-MM-DD). Defaults to today.

end_datestring nullable

End date (YYYY-MM-DD). Defaults to today.

tzstring nullable

Viewer's IANA timezone (e.g. Asia/Karachi). start_date/end_date and the daily buckets are read as calendar days in it. Omit for UTC days.
