List Agent Approval History

Decided approvals, newest first, same shape as the pending list.

Registered ABOVE /approvals/{approval_id}/receipts so the literal history segment cannot be captured as an approval_id. GET /workflows/dispositions 404'd in production for exactly that reason until 2026-08-07; the ordering here is load-bearing, not cosmetic.

Query parameters

decision'approve' | 'reject' | 'edit_and_approve' | 'dismiss' nullable

Optional filter on the recorded decision: 'approve', 'reject', 'edit_and_approve' or 'dismiss'. An unrecognised value is rejected with 422 rather than silently ignored.
