Accounts with their revenue and CRM overlays joined on.

The account-native read, and the one with no /companies twin: it joins the canonical company record to cb_accounts (Stripe, MRR, churn) and to the ABM overlay, coalescing the fields that appear on more than one of them. Scoped to what the caller may see.
