Terminate a detached job. Aborts the server-side tracking task and sends SIGTERM (or SIGKILL if `force=true`) to any matching processes inside the sandbox container. Returns 204 on success; 404 if the sandbox or job is unknown.

When true, sends SIGKILL immediately. Defaults to SIGTERM so the process gets a chance to flush (mirrors Command.kill() in @vercel/sandbox, which also accepts a signal override).
