Reveal the plaintext value of a resolved environment variable.

Mirrors GET /projects/{id}/env-vars/{key}/value but handles keys sourced from linked integrations (which are not stored in the env_vars table). Resolution order mirrors the merged view:

  1. Manual env var with this key — this endpoint reads the manual store when the key exists there, then writes its own reveal audit event so callers can safely use one endpoint regardless of source.
  2. Integration env var supplied by a linked external service.

Returns 403 for a manual variable marked secret, and 404 when neither a manual var nor an integration produces the key.
