Resend a captured email

Delivers a captured email again under the same ID, re-running the domain, project-authorization, suppression and provider checks. Use it once whatever captured the email is fixed (e.g. sending was enabled for its domain). The response status is the new outcome and can be captured again if the cause is still present. Deployment tokens retry by repeating the send with the same Idempotency-Key instead.
