List delivery profiles, one page at a time.

Newest first by default. sort_by accepts created_at (default) or name; sort_order accepts asc or desc (default), case-insensitive. Profile ID breaks ties in the same direction. page_size defaults to 20 and is clamped to 1..=100. search keeps only profiles whose name contains it, ignoring case, and combines with paging and sorting: total counts the matching profiles.

Callers with DNS provider read access see every field. Project readers without it (who need profiles for the project delivery switch) get a reduced view: id, name, provider_kind and timestamps, with bunny_pull_zone_id and bunny_hostname set to null.
