Authentication
Start a login against the Cloud-managed console-access provider without knowing its slug.
Changed onThe slug embeds the provider's row id, which Cloud does not know and the instance may regenerate, so Cloud's "Open console" button needs a fixed address it can link to: this one. A browser that already holds a Cloud session completes the round trip without seeing a login page, which is what makes the hosted console feel signed-in from Cloud. Anything else (the interactive login, the callback, return_to sanitising) is exactly the slug route; only the lookup differs. 404 when no managed provider is installed, so a self-hosted instance that never enrolled has nothing to probe here.
