taste_note

Call taste_note.add

Write down a lasting preference the member just told you — 'remember we never use stock photos', 'always keep captions under two lines', 'we don't say growth hacking'. Record one durable taste note for the workspace, in the operator's own words. Taste notes are frozen once written and shape every later generation, so only write what the operator actually said — never a paraphrase, never an inference. A blank note, or one repeating something the workspace already said, is dropped and comes back as written: 0; say so rather than claiming it landed. Not for retiring a note — that is taste_note.set_active.

Every result names the workspace it ran in. Say which workspace the answer is about. When the account has more than one workspace and none is selected, this tool refuses with workspace_ambiguous and lists the choices — offer them, never pick one.

Headers

x-request-idstring

Your own id for this request, echoed back and recorded on the audit trail. 1–128 characters from A–Z a–z 0–9 . _ : -, starting with a letter or digit; anything else is replaced by a generated id.

Request body

scope'general' | 'script' | 'vsl_script' | 'title' | 'description' | 'thumbnail' required

What the note is about — 'general' when it is about the brand's work as a whole.

sentiment'worked' | 'didnt_work' | 'could_be_better' required

Whether this worked, did not work, or could be better.

notestring required

The note in the OPERATOR'S OWN WORDS. A taste note is frozen once written and shapes every later generation, so never paraphrase and never invent one — write what they said.

workspacestring

Which workspace to run in — its slug. Omit to use your default. With more than one reachable workspace and no default, the call is refused and the choices are listed.

Response

The call was admitted and dispatched. ok says whether the tool succeeded — a refusal the tool itself produced is still a 200, exactly as it is a successful JSON-RPC result over MCP.
