Call shorts.set_covers
Use one of the three covers Goosy made as the one this short goes out with — 'use this one as the cover', 'set this as the thumbnail'. Use one of the three covers Goosy made for this short as the one it goes out with. Read them back with shorts.read_edit and use an id — never a description and never a position. Goosy picks the short's own FIRST FRAME by default, because a short's cover and its opening frame should be the same picture; if the person chooses another, say which one was the first frame. Not for a long video's thumbnail — that is videos.set_thumbnails.
Every result names the workspace it ran in. Say which workspace the answer is about. When the account has more than one workspace and none is selected, this tool refuses with workspace_ambiguous and lists the choices — offer them, never pick one.

The call was admitted and dispatched. ok says whether the tool succeeded — a refusal the tool itself produced is still a 200, exactly as it is a successful JSON-RPC result over MCP.
