Call jobs.set_webhook
'send my completed jobs to this URL', 'notify our server when a clip is done' — register the workspace's job-completion webhook, or replace it: the https URL to announce completed jobs to, and a signing secret the operator chose and keeps. Once set, every long-running job that finishes (a clip from videos.generate_clip, an edit or draft that answered in_flight) is announced once, as a POST signed with that secret whose body is the job's jobs.read answer. The secret is never shown back. It spends nothing and starts no job. Not for reading a job's status — that is jobs.read.
Every result names the workspace it ran in. Say which workspace the answer is about. When the account has more than one workspace and none is selected, this tool refuses with workspace_ambiguous and lists the choices — offer them, never pick one.

Response
The call was admitted and dispatched. ok says whether the tool succeeded — a refusal the tool itself produced is still a 200, exactly as it is a successful JSON-RPC result over MCP.
