Call data.update_cell

Change one cell of an existing row in a Data table — 'set Acme's status to signed', 'fix the phone number on that row'. The whole row is validated against the table's columns before it is written. Not for adding a new row — that is data.api_append.

Every result names the workspace it ran in. Say which workspace the answer is about. When the account has more than one workspace and none is selected, this tool refuses with workspace_ambiguous and lists the choices — offer them, never pick one.
